Ever since the pandemic, we all are very well aware about how we take care of our body and health. They say health is wealth. Do not be confused over here, wealth isn’t money but wealth is when you hold something that’s in your parameters for too long. So, if such a thing exists, certainly it is our body. Just eating healthy doesn’t make you healthy. There are other practices as essential as eating healthy. What are other essential practices?

  1. Stay hydrated
  2. Exercise
  3. Good Sleep
  4. Follow Diet
  5. Be Open

1. Stay hydrated:

This thing of staying hydrated is super important. To stay away from diabetes, headache, dizziness and other health issues one must consume more water and as per science a typical woman should drink at least 2.7 liters (91 ounces) and a typical man should at least drink 3.7 liters (125 ounces) a day. Drinking more water can make you feel refreshed and the inner body waste comes out in the form of sweat and urine.

2. Exercise regularly:

Exercising regularly makes such a whole difference. Exercises will let every muscle of the body move freely resulting in an active day, you will have a free body rather than a tight body for the rest of your day.

3. Get good amount of sleep:

Now, I will stress much on this because there are 10%-30% of the world population suffering from insomnia, their biological condition would be so bad that they suffer much from inside when compared with a normal being like us. Sleep is very much important to live a productive life.

4. Follow your diet:

You know what is good for you. Never eat anything you don’t like or, you know, that is unhealthy for you under any peer pressure. Being on a healthy diet can protect you from diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart attacks etc.

5. Talk to someone you trust if you’re feeling down:

Never again keep everything to yourself, keeping to yourself will never help you in any way, just let it go out freely with whomever you trust, because keeping to yourself and suffering can result in heart attacks. Putting most of the things out can reduce the burden of the stress you are facing. Suffering from outside is much better than suffering from inside, right?
